Your business is unique, we will look at your People, your Strategy (The HOW of reaching your goals), your Execution (What you DO every day) and your Cash (Financial management and related fields). We would need to go through a diagnostic process to understand the business better, amongst other s the stage of your business, your main issues and hurdles to grow and so on. We then generate a custom solution to suite you and grow your business as fast as possible.
There are many definitions but I like this one – Business consultants work with company managers and business owners to guide them in improving their organizations. For example, they might focus on helping companies improve operations, boost efficiencies, and develop growth strategies.
So, in short look at where the business is now and where you would like to go, document it in a simple plan, and then support you and the team to get there!

A business coach is a professional mentor who supports, educates, and motivates business owners. They provide recommendations for a company’s vision, growth, and goals. Effective business coaches provide motivation but also implement and prioritize strategies to help businesses grow.
One survey by the International Coach Federation (ICF) found that working with a business coach could increase net revenue by up to 46%.
Other studies claim returns of up to 2700%, but the general consensus is that it is worth every cent if you are using qualified and skilled coaches.
Credentialed coaches must pass certain tests and display competencies to qualify. Ask your potential coach about their training and certification. There is also continuous professional development required for coach certification. The best coaches often have their own experience from years in business.

I have been working in businesses as an entrepreneur, manager and director since 1998. In 2018 I started a nice consulting and coaching company and have since qualified and registered as Business coach. I have worked with many industries ranging from events to drone training companies. I enjoy building the business with the founders and top team.
Business owners know their companies far better than we ever would. The biggest change in the company comes from clear strategic focus and a team that wants to grow the business together. I facilitate the development of a clear plan and direction, using best of breed tools and skills. Thereafter we align and hold the top team accountable as per their specific preferences.
Just before covid an old colleague of mine was retrenched. Together we developed a plan with a solid foundation, good tools technologies and great team. In 4 years, that team has grown and flourished into a business that I am really proud to have been part of!
